Title: “Stand Firm in What You Received”

By Pinnacle Message

In a world that shakes and sways, where doubt creeps and distractions multiply, God calls us not only to receive His truth—but to stand firm in it. What you’ve received by faith must now be guarded by grace. The enemy seeks to steal the seed. But those who stand, stand in Christ. What you received yesterday is still powerful today—if you hold it with a steady heart.

We are not called to a wavering walk but a rooted one, grounded in the Gospel and unwavering in faith. The Word you welcomed is your sword and shield; stand firm in it, and let no storm remove your foundation.

Seven Bible Verses to Stand On:

  1. 1 Corinthians 15:58 (KJV)

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord...”
Let the truth you received push you forward in good works, unshaken by the winds of this world.

  1. Ephesians 6:13

“Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”
You’ve received your armor—now stand. Don’t retreat. Hold the line of faith.

  1. 2 Thessalonians 2:15

“...stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught...”
The teachings you embraced yesterday are your weapons today. Cling to the truth that changed you.

  1. Colossians 1:23

“If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel...”
Faith that endures is faith that’s planted deep. Water what God has given, and let it take root.

  1. Philippians 4:1

“Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved... so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.”
Love strengthens your stand. Let your devotion to Christ give you strength to endure.

  1. Galatians 5:1

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free...”
Don’t fall back into bondage. What you received brought you freedom—guard it with conviction.

  1. Psalm 112:6-7

“...the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord.”
A heart fixed on the Lord cannot be moved. Stand in that holy stillness.

Encouragement:

You’ve received, you’ve walked—and now, you must stand. When the storms blow, plant your feet. When the world shifts, hold tight to the Word. What was sown in your spirit will bear fruit if you don’t let it go. Stand firm in what you received—and let no one take your crown.
