“Strength for the Waiting Season”
Scripture Focus: “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31
Waiting can be one of the most difficult parts of the Christian journey. We often desire immediate answers, quick breakthroughs, and visible results. Yet God uses waiting seasons to produce endurance, maturity, and deeper trust.
The Bible is filled with people who waited. Abraham waited for the promised son. Hannah waited for Samuel. The disciples waited for the Holy Spirit. In every case, God's timing proved perfect.
Waiting does not mean wasting. While we wait, God teaches us dependence. He strengthens our faith and reminds us that our hope must rest in Him rather than circumstances.
If you feel weary today, remember that your strength does not come from yourself. It comes from the Lord. The One who sustained Elijah in the wilderness and Paul in prison is the same God who is sustaining you now.
Do not give up because the answer has not yet arrived. God's promises never expire.
